Fixed my outside tap, replacing it with an even better one that I can manage with my osteoarthritis, gave me advice on a new hose I want to purchase and did a tiny extra job with the tap fittings holder. What I thought would be a simple job of replacing a leaking insinkerator became a little more complex for the plumber from Synergy.  This was all handled with patient efficiency from office staff going above and beyond to find me a replacement, and the installing plumber taking great care to have the new one plumbed in and in good working order. Jordan arrived today to help my aged mother with a temper valve on her hot water system. Very impressed with the service. Jordan was punctual, called before arriving, and was respectful and mindful.
